By accessing and using ActorRating.com ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ActorRating.com is a platform where users can rate and evaluate the performances of film and television actors. The Service provides actor ratings, performance analysis, community interactions, and related features.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
